Jaz is a Perth-born physiotherapist who made the move from sunny Australia to the vibrant city of Manchester, bringing with her a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, and helping people lead active, fulfilling lives. With experience across private practice outpatient clinics and the high-performance environment of elite rugby union through her work with Western Force Rugby, Jaz has developed a versatile clinical skillset and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting her patients' recovery and performance goals. Jaz believes that no two patients are the same and that effective rehabilitation requires a personalised, holistic approach that goes beyond simply treating symptoms. She combines strength and conditioning principles, objective outcome measures, and evidence-based exercise programming to create tailored treatment plans that help patients not only recover, but return stronger and more confident than before. Grace is a passionate and driven physiotherapist from Australia, having worked in the private practice sector and as the head physiotherapist for the Brisbane City Football Women’s teams. Given her extensive experience treating a wide spectrum of clients, from elite athletes to gym enthusiasts, Grace understands both the biomechanics and primary needs of her patients. This enables her to develop tailored rehabilitation that results in optimal performance. Grace thrives on the strong belief that managing clients holistically is of utmost importance to ensure their goals are achieved. This belief led Grace to broaden her scope by undertaking further study and gaining experience in women’s health physiotherapy and in both equipment and matwork pilates. Having competed at a National and World level for Irish dancing for over 13years, Grace understands the demands of an elite sport on the body, and the stress that can come from injury. This fuels her passion to equip people with the knowledge and rehabilitation to reach their full potential and return to the things they love.
