Corporate Occupational Health

We supply an array of packages which start at a basic partnership level and mediating as a first point of contact for all your occupational health issues. Onsite Services can provide a simple cost-effective way of offering aid while providing minimal disruption to business operation, often making them cost neutral as a minimum. We offer an array of services which are set to help employees stay on top form:

Health and Wellbeing Days

Providing evidence led advice on an array of topics from hydration to stress management and nutrition. The underpinning ethos of injury prevention is education and application, empowering employees to do more to look after their own wellbeing. We try to make these as engaging and physical as possible, from interactive seminars to group yoga taster sessions, to captivate employees.

Return to work assessments

In the unfortunate scenario where key members of the team are missing due to sickness, the team productivity and raw cost of absence can really be detrimental to business deadlines. Ultimately being assessed and treated by our team allows us to plan your return to work, ensuring sick leave costs are minimal and employees feel supported.

Free Injury Clinics

The largest portion of a GP’s caseload is musculoskeletal conditions at a staggering 40%. A chance to have an informal discussion and assessment of these injuries by a specialist is key to helping staff stay at work, and help get them the treatment they need. This eliminates the need for sitting on lengthy waiting lists for your local doctor and follows the first rule of effective treatment; early intervention is the best intervention! As a minimum, all we need is a meeting room where we can provide basic assessment of injuries and we can either signpost or formulate a strategy to secure that employee staying operational and productive.

Ergonomic assessments

We help provide additional support to any employees who are integrating back into the working arena maximising labour efficiency and happiness in the workplace. This could involve specialist equipment or a programme of how to manage their work space, stretches and electronic mapping in the ‘hot desking’ environment. We can help prescribe or signpost required equipment to instigate a healthier work environment such as chairs, boots and safety gear.
