Riz was recommended to me by my PT, i was struggling with pain in my hips which was hindering my training and more recently my back. He was very thorough in the initial assessment and explained everything in great detail of what could be the cause. Each session was hands on with assessments and going through various exercises for me to take away at home and incorporate into my training sessions. He also sent them over to me in little videos and to my PT so these could be added into my training to get me on my way to recovery. I couldn't recommend him enough! The best physio I've seen.
